What is an Issue ID and QR Verification code?
Every formal notice dispatched through Send A Vent receives a tamper-evident tracking identifier (e.g. #ISWZML) and an encoded QR code. Scanning the QR code or visiting SendAVent.com/Resolve opens the secure Resolution Portal, allowing both parties to view verified communication history and negotiate a settlement.

How does Fourth-Party AI Mediation work?
If parties reach an impasse, either side can unlock AI Mediation. The AI Mediator conducts confidential private caucuses (shuttle diplomacy) with each party independently to discover true bottom-line constraints and flexible non-monetary trade-offs without revealing them to the opponent. The AI then computes the Zone of Possible Agreement (ZOPA) and generates a single, balanced Mediator's Proposal presented simultaneously to both sides.
