Our Story
Unspoken tension is an invisible cancer. It grows quietly. It turns into resentment. And resentment, left alone, ruins businesses, families, friendships, and communities.
This is the story of how I learned that the hard way, and built a release valve.
The Kid
I didn't get an easy start. The kind of childhood that either breaks a person or teaches them exactly how much a person can carry.
I was one of the lucky ones. At the lowest moment of my life, somebody looked at me and said the words that changed everything: “Instead of ending your life, be an example to others.”
I've been trying to live up to that ever since.
Student Council, and a First Vote
In student council, I learned something that stuck with me for life: voting matters. Showing up matters. Your voice only counts if you use it.
Then came the first time I actually went to vote. And I ran into a problem nobody talks about: there was no easy way to see what the candidates actually stood for. I knew which side to vote on mostly from the influence of the people around me, not from the candidates themselves. And I kept running into attack ads, and I grew a real dislike for them. They tell you who to be against, never what anyone is for.
That stuck with me too.
Today, Send A Vent has a town hall platform that fixes both problems at once. Voters can send real, respectful comments and petitions straight to their elected officials. And there's a fundraising outlet for public officials built on a simple promise: your money goes to the candidate — not through a PAC, and not to middleman margins.
How Send A Vent Compares
We checked the other political fundraising platforms against ours. Here's the honest breakdown (rates as of October 2026):

Think about that for a second. Send $100 to a campaign through the big platforms and roughly four of your dollars disappear into fees — routed through their PACs on the way. Send it through Send A Vent and it costs a nickel.
The bottom line: your money goes to the candidate — not through a PAC, and not to middleman margins. And we show you the ledger to prove it.
Contribute by bank transfer (ACH) and there's no processing fee at all — just our nickel. Choose a credit card and standard card processing fees apply, shown transparently on every receipt.
The Courtroom
Years later, I found myself standing alone in a courtroom, representing myself in a housing dispute. I had the facts. I had the receipts. What I didn't have was a lawyer.
Here's what I learned: being right doesn't matter if you can't be heard.
I fought my way through it. But walking out, one thought wouldn't leave me alone: I should not have had to represent myself in court. And I'm not the only one. Millions of people have a landlord, an employer, a company, or a city hall that just... won't answer them.
The Small Business Owner
Then I ended up on the other side of the table. As a small business owner, I became the one people vented at.
And I learned the same lesson all over again, in a different uniform. When you run a small business, you ARE the customer service department, the HR department, and the communications team — usually all in the same hour. Correspondence to customers sat unanswered because I was busy actually running the business. Messages to team members got delayed. Communication that deserved care took way too much time, because the tools to handle it just didn't exist for someone wearing every hat at once.
So I built one. That's where the Chief of Staff came from. It drafts the correspondence, keeps the tone calm and professional, keeps track of what's been answered, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks while you do the actual work.
And the plan is bigger than complaints. Send A Vent is on its way to being the platform businesses use to handle disputes AND their daily assistant — one that collaborates with the tools they already work with, instead of asking them to change how they work.
Everyone Has a Vent
You have one right now, don't you? That thing you keep replaying at 2am.
There are four kinds:
Personal Vents. Family, neighbors, relationships. The letter you keep composing in your head.
Workplace Vents. A boss, a paycheck, a coworker situation you can't fix alone.
Organization Vents. A company that stopped answering, a service that wronged you.
Public Official Vents. City hall silence. A pothole, a policy, a problem nobody owns.
Until now, your only options were rage-posting into the void (feels good, fixes nothing) or expensive legal fights most people can't afford.
What I Built Instead
Send A Vent is a release valve, not a weapon.
You let it out. Our Gut Check review strips out the panic and the poison, keeps the facts, and shapes it into a calm, real letter that gets delivered with QR-verified proof of delivery. No more “we never got it.” The paper trail exists.
Then something unusual happens on the other side. The recipient gets a calm summary and a simple choice: accept the fix, propose a compromise, or ask for neutral AI mediation to find common ground. Reply free. No account needed.
That's the whole point. Common ground. The business avoids a refund war and bad reviews. The official gets structured civic input instead of an angry mob. And the person who sent the vent gets heard, gets an answer, and gets it solved.
Good for one side. Better for both.
Where This Goes
We will never fully end attacking in politics. But the people are tired of it, and they want to know where candidates stand.
Right now the platform is just beginning. But the projection for Send A Vent is big: not just a resource for voters, but a resource for candidates themselves, with tools to take action and run their campaigns.
Send A Vent is not a biased platform. It does not care if a candidate votes blue, red, or anything in between. The mission is to give voters a real voice, by delivering a refined message — free of attacks, full of the same passion — and focused on the issues that affect our country.
And resolving things should pay. Members earn cash rewards for solving their disputes instead of just screaming about them. Don't just vent. Get rewarded.
A kid who endured the unspeakable now spends his days providing strength to others. That's the whole point of this company.
Stop arguing. Start solving.
Make it a Great Day!
